The main requirement of this project was to retain the exisiting built fabric and introduce a completely contemporary industrial feel with an open plan arrangement at the rear wing. Bringing light in was also one of the main requirement in the design and it was achieved proposing big openings at the side and rear walls, covering almost all the ground floor walls.

​

The first floor was fully renovated with new bedrooms and bathrooms and an attic bedroom was also added.

A new garage studio is proposed as a part of the main house, incorporating an industrial/rustic feel in the design.
